How hiring works
Agree what you share
Before anything starts you see exactly what the coach will be able to read — program, sessions, progress. Nothing is shared until you accept.
Train with a plan they own
Your coach builds and adjusts your program inside the app you already train in. Cancel any time, effective end of the paid period.
What “vetted” actually means
Not a self-declared badge. A human reviewer checks a valid CREF registration in Brazil, or a recognized certification such as NASM or ACE elsewhere, and the coach passes Stripe identity verification before any profile is published or any payment is possible.
