How vetting works
Every coach is reviewed by a human before their profile goes live. It typically takes a few days.
Apply
Create your account and tell us who you are, your specialties, and the credential we should verify. Takes about ten minutes.
Upload credentials
Upload your CREF registration or recognized certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent). Documents are reviewed privately and are never shown publicly.
Sign the agreement
Review and accept the trainer agreement, data-processing terms, and advice-liability terms. You are the advice-giver of record; Carga is the platform.
Set up payouts
Connect Stripe so you can be paid. Stripe handles the identity checks required to move money.
Go live
Once your credential is approved and payouts are enabled, your profile is published and clients can hire you.

Straight answer on money
You set your monthly rate. A client pays it, Stripe takes its processing cut, Carga takes 15%, and the rest lands in your account. There is no fee to apply, no monthly cost to stay listed, and no charge when a client cancels.

Questions from trainers
- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing. Applying is free, staying listed is free, and there is no subscription. Carga earns only the flat 15% platform fee on completed client payments — so we are paid when you are.
- How long does vetting take?
- A human reviews every application, typically within a few days. You can track your status on the application page, and we will ask for more information rather than silently rejecting you if something is unclear.
- Who is liable for the coaching advice?
- You are the advice-giver of record; Carga is the platform and intermediary. The trainer agreement sets this out explicitly, along with data-processing terms. Carga’s safety guardrails still apply to content shown in the app.
- Can I bring my existing clients?
- Yes. There is no exclusivity requirement and no cap on where your clients come from. The 15% fee applies to payments processed through Carga regardless of who introduced the client.
- What happens if a client cancels?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you are paid for the period the client already bought. There is no penalty or clawback against you for a cancellation.
- Which countries can be paid out?
- Payouts run on Stripe Connect, so payout availability follows Stripe’s supported countries. Brazil is the launch market. If Stripe can pay out to your country and your credential checks out, you can coach.
